GBMy online orders at first seemed to be… My online orders at first seemed to be complete. However I was contacted and asked to “complete” my orders. The online order process is not clear that additional steps were required. The process needs to be unmistakable as to when the order is complete.

GBGreat customer service and pricing I ordered a large quantity of led 4ft & 8ft replacement T8 tube lights to update our shop and office space lighting. A number of the 4 ft were shattered upon arrival and after contacting customer service here, I was sent replacements to all led T8 tube lights as well as extras. GBWhat a waste of time and money .you do… What a waste of time and money .you do not respond to emails from missing parts from fixtures you sell. how can you sell fixtures without being complete? .hope to find other vendor . I am a electrical contractor

GBGreat products, pricing and delivery I've ordered multiple times through lightup.com; their pricing is fair, the speed to deliver is great, and their products are quality. Also if a light is defective they take care of getting a replacement shipped out. I've also had the opportunity to work with one of their direct salesmen and that experience was fantastic.
