High quality beautiful handmade rug High quality rug, specific size handmade to order, absolutely worth the 6-week wait from time of placing the order to FedEx delivery from the artisans in India. Good customer service and response to emails during that time and tracking information provided once shipped. Rug arrived meticulously well wrapped and as beautiful as depicted on the RugDecor website. Glad to purchase from a company that takes pride in their products and highly recommend.

Love my custom rug I worked with The Rug Decor to have one of their rugs custom made for me in a color scheme and size to work in my space and it is absolutely perfect. They worked with me on color selection, sent me a sample and delivered the rug within anticipated timelines.

Beautiful rug Beautiful rug! It was made to order so of course it took about two months but it was worth it. I feel like some complaints here come from people not reading the full shipping agreement which states it takes 20-45 business days. You do have to search for it a little. They were right on the money because it took mine about 23 days to get to me. Again, it’s really gorgeous, especially for the price!

Pink and Green Persian rug My husband and I ordered this rug on August 3rd and it came in on the 13th of September and it’s perfect! I was a little nervous ordering through this site, but it came in perfect condition and it ties my living room together perfectly!
