gorgeous colors The rug arrived well wrapped for it's voyage from overseas. The quality is as described and the colors are saturated , beautiful and look like the photo. The lead time said 30 days I thought, but my rug was also made to order I think rather than one that was in stock, so it took closer to 60 days to receive it.

I ordered 2 rugs with pads, have only received 1 rug, other one lost in shipment. I ordered 2 rugs with pads. It took a long time to receive the first rug and I am still waiting for the second rug. Evidently it was lost in shipment. Now I will have to wait even longer for a replacement. The rugs ship from India. I do like the rug that I received, it is good quality and is exactly as pictured online.

Lovely rugs!! They were very responsive and were accommodating with shipping times. The rug was of a very high quality, so thick and soft! The only slight issue was the colors were not quite as expected or shown in photos, but not enough to deter purchasing from them again. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!
