GBSeamless rental application process #Innovation Seamless process, thanks to Mr. Austin Oakes' user friendly technology platform for renters. Glad to see this because I've used other broker's rental application portals and it was obsolete, redundant and antiquated. By far, real smooth technology from this Compass Broker.

GBThis application is confusing This application contains mis-spelling, missing punctuation, zero support or guidance. (i.e. debits) It has Yes/No radio buttons for multiple choice questions. (i.e. "rate your credit? yes/no" ?) There is no explanation for why some fields are required and others are not, what do with the non-required fields. (i.e. designated contacts)
