I rarely give 5 stars I rarely give 5 stars, but in my situation Insurent was a godsend. I come from Europe and need a small studio flat of my own for very frequent visits to NY. I have the financial means to pay rent, but not the credit history and other documents most Americans need in order to rent a place in NY. Insurent made it possible for someone like me to rent a place without red tape. Insurent's guarantees are ideal for foreign students, foreign business travellers on prolonged stays and those who need a pied-a-terre for whatever reason. Their response to my needs were immediate, even instantaneous. If you're a foreigner in NY and want to live in your own flat when here, go to Insurent!

password problems: Had a great deal of difficulty getting… Had a great deal of difficulty getting on and staying on the site. Once you saved it bumped you off, and getting back on was a nightmare. It kept rejecting the password and with numerous "forgot password" retries it rejected all of them! Also, with your attach file options it only accepts one file, which makes it difficult to attach financial documents of the same kind. Very frustrating site. Not user friendly.

Unable to upload on windows laptop with chrome browser Unable to load website on Windows laptop with Chrome browser. Made multiple attempts over 90 min, including reboot, clear cache, attempt on 2nd desktop unit, all with same result. "rotating loading screen" Finally, used friend's MacBookAir and succeeded, but down load files on MSFT/OneDrive and to acceess and upload required email downloads to my self to upload in your App.
