Much chunkier/ heavier than expected I ordered dinner plates in the pale blue color. They arrived quickly, great packaging, perfect condition. The plates look very nice but they are much heavier and chunkier than I expected, or desired. I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I will not order more, which I thought I might do before I actually received the product.

The dishes came super fast, great packaging with no plastic, and communication throughout the buying and shipping process kept me informed of exactly when everything was coming. It arrived on time before my holiday party, and I loved the solid blue color I picked -- it looked just like it did online! The quality and weight is great is well!

Additionally, a few of my items were broken in transit and the Leeway team went above and beyond to replace and get them to me in a timely manner. This was much appreciated, pleasant and seamless. I look forward to seeing how these last in time and how chip resistant they are but so far so good. Clean, pleasant design and good quality.

I never received my items or any actual customer service I never received my items. The lack of communication about my order and refund was ridiculous for any business. I never once got a response to any of my submissions for support. There was no customer service at all to be able to rate, so one start feels like too much. It took over 2 months from placing my order to getting a refund.
