Once I spoke to the owner, Jeremy, he was professional and quick to resolve the issue I had. The product is amazing! I will continue to purchase from him. Update from my last review... (Update from my one star review) Ok so now that I've finally got my 2 packages after about a month and I got to say the lighters are cool as hell. The only reason that this only 4 stars is that the shipping process was very messy and that if they could in the future work on that then they would be an a ok company.

Don't bother Don't bother. Shipping is Horrible. No tracking number. When questioning this and if refund was in order if item didn't arrive, the owner blocked me. Thank God for PayPal. Refunded super quick. DO NOT BUY THEM. BUYER BEWARE.
