If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Received no confirmation email, no email period that showed I even put in an order, I’ve sent an email multiple times every single day and have yet to receive my product or an email back. Scam! Don’t waste your money or time.

Excellent customer service The customer service when I was worried about it arriving before Christmas was excellent. Yall were prompt, provided me with updated tracking numbers to quell my worries and the lighters themselves are beautiful and function very well. Anyone that gives a positive review is… Anyone that gives a positive review is lying to try to boost up the score. They are likely involved with the company in some sort of way trust me this is not a good company I'm currently in talks with my bank for fraud charges.

Fault lighter Lighters won’t stay full of butane even though I fill them. One didn’t work at all even though it was filled. Emailed them and didn’t get a response

Please be patient especially around the Holidays, shipping is very busy and out of control of all companies. Before you bash small business put yourself in their shoes!
