Update from my last review... (Update from my one star review) Ok so now that I've finally got my 2 packages after about a month and I got to say the lighters are cool as hell. The only reason that this only 4 stars is that the shipping process was very messy and that if they could in the future work on that then they would be an a ok company.

Excellent customer service The customer service when I was worried about it arriving before Christmas was excellent. Yall were prompt, provided me with updated tracking numbers to quell my worries and the lighters themselves are beautiful and function very well. Gorgeous craftsmanship Great customer service All in all a great product and company. Thank you

The 2 lighters I got don't work The 2 lighters I got don't work. I tried to reach out for assistance but didn't get any response despite the numerous attempts. Bad service and product.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Terrible company ,ordered two lighters on February 28th and haven’t received anything ,no one reply’s back and my tracking updates don’t change .Dont waste your time or hard earned money
