This place was awesome This place was awesome. I love their virtual store room, and they have a great selection - even remainder stuff that isn’t made anymore. Above everything else was the fantastic customer service. Anthony Scotto was the best. Quickly responded to emails and fixture was shipped within a day (actually arrived 3 days sooner than estimated!). I can’t promise you my level of satisfaction, but these people know their products and know good customer service. Highly recommend!

WeGotRIGHTS! WeGotLights' customer service people are great--friendly and helpful. The problem was a return past the "Return Policy" date. Then it was WeGotRIGHTS! I wanted to return a chandelier that was essential flawed in its design. The light's arms were so spindally they couldn't hold the light up straight continuously. They would literally wobble when anyone walked on the floor above, if someone walked by it and was heavy footed, or shut the front door hard--you get the picture--and would tilt or tip a bit out of alignment. After pushing back a bit (nicely), the WeGotLights customer service supervisor gave me a store credit less a hefty restocking fee. However, given the design flaw, which I explained to them, I think they should have given me a full store credit.

Great Experience, Greater Product I loved browsing We Got Lites' website. When I found out they had designers on staff to help for free, I called in and they assisted me in selecting the perfect chandelier (I mean who would want to read through dimensions and all the necessary specifications online). It took some time for my new chandelier to arrive and I did have to assemble it (BUT IT'S NOT LIKE ASSEMBLING IKEA PRODUCTS!) I realized I was extremely lucky to find this company. The chandelier looks great and is a very solid find.

Super quality; affordable prices! I bought the gold Victorian style french cut Swarovski crystal chandelier for our dining room and am extremely happy with the overall quality and appearance. It looks 10x the price I paid on We Got Lites, absolutely awesome!
