GBOrdered the replacement baptism heater… Ordered the replacement baptism heater it finely showed up . The package did arrive at the right address. But was not packed with any paper , bubble wrap , packing peanuts , or anything to keep it from rattling around in the box and getting damaged. So the lack of care on the shipping department and the shipping handling company my baptism heater was broken and dented up. It was also quite a hassle dealing with and waiting on a claim from the shipping company. Could not get a replacement from this company said they didn't have another one in stock. So I sent my damaged one back and hope to get a refund.

GBMy Church purchased a baptistry heater My Church purchased a baptistry heater. When it arrived, it was badly damaged. Shipping was arranged by Gordo Sales and they would not replace it or refund it and would not help on trying to make a claim on Shipping.
