They answered all of my many email questions very thoroughly, and it's so wonderful to support small businesses, rather than huge corporations! The sconce we ordered came just as expected. Great product, terrible shipping The pendant rope is exactly what I wanted, I’m very happy with it! The only problem I had was it did take 36 days to get to me and when I emailed about the product I didn’t get a response for over two weeks. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t order from this company again.
