I want to give 1 star for customer… I want to give 1 star for customer service and 5 stars for the light fixture. I'll settle for 2 stars. I ordered my slatted light fixture along with the 2, 2700 K, omni-directional, warm white light bulbs that were recommended. These were an additional $20 for 2. I received the fixture in about 6 weeks, without the light bulbs, and then spent the next 3 weeks emailing and phoning trying to get the bulbs sent. I finally got the bulbs and instead of the 2, 2700 K, warm white, omnidirectional bulbs I was sent 4, 5000 K, LED bulbs, not omnidirectional. These are bright bluish, daylight white and totally unusable in the outdoor fixture or anywhere else in my house I'm totally fed up and wish I had never heard of Lightcrafters!

Great product! I am very happy with the electrified rope. Despite my initial frustration with long delay in receiving the product. Customer service eventually came through with flying colors. I will be purchasing more of this product. Thank you, Anna.

When it finally arrived When it finally arrived, product was excellent. Too bad the company does not communicate well or let you know at the time of order that lead time is 6 weeks.

mottled copper with bronze perf Purchased the Ziggurat Wall Sconce in mottled copper with bronze perferatio. It did take a month to receive, but the wait was worth it. It is a beautiful light fixture, you can't find anything like this at the big box home improvement stores. Plus it's handcrafted in Austin, Texas.
