AUExcellent service - Australia Purchased two TR5 Pendant Ø80 Alu Copper - Tom Rossau. Arrived within a week and with no issue. Shipping costs were more than the original quoted price (was contacted after purchase) but we were still happy to pay the extra shipping as it was still cheaper than buying two of the same lights locally.

GBSent photos of the length and width of… Sent photos of the length and width of the clear glass bulb cover. I told them that the item and dimensions on line didn't match my glass cover. They said it was the right one. You know what it wasn't the right one and now I have an angry customer who has an important gathering and the light issue has not been corrected. Can anyone do anything right anymore?
