Great Experience! I have noting but good things to say about our experience with Lampemesteren. We live in the US and the package arrived in less than a week! One of the items we ordered was in backorder (this was clearly communicated ahead of us placing the order) and they split the shipment into two without any extra charges. Highly recommend, would buy from them again.

Despite considerable problems with the… Despite considerable problems with the delivery company UPS, Lampemesteren did everything in their power to supply me with the item I ordered. It took a couple of months but they always answered my E-mails and tried hard to get UPS to see sense. Otherwise the Lampemesteren lamp cable adjuster worked perfectly after I received it. :-)

Great Service I ordered a light 2 years ago and the service was really good, easy to use website and quick delivery. The light, however, has recently broken. I emailed lampemesteren and Henri Pohjanhovi was amazing in keeping me informed whilst he worked with the manufacturer. They ended up sending a replacement free of charge!
