Order and delivery ok, but no instructions came Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

Made in USA matters Went with ProLighting because they had good prices on made in usa gear, and the made in usa was highlighted. Although the main page made in usa link did not show simkar, that's what I bought, and am happy with the price, shipping, and experience. I found simkar on prolighting via google.

LED step lights are junk Purchases ten LED step lights because they were supposed to last pretty much forever. Five out of ten stopped working within two years. Managed to get all but three working by switching out bad transformers and bad LEDs. Found out that warranty was essentially useless. Repair kits cost $65 each. Buy your lighting somewhere else.

Wide range of quality products and extremely responsive via chat and email if I ever need help with anything. They even custom ordered some bulbs for me that I couldn't find elsewhere. Changing Chandelier and Stovetop Lighting to LED Our best advice is to call customer service first to determine what you need! Sizes are a bit tricky, so be sure to have the size of your existing bulbs available when you order. The chandelier took an additional fitting to allow the bulbs to work. We are thrilled that the estimated life of these bulbs will be ten years, as the fixture is located over a tall stairwell making replacements a chore we dreaded. We love the light and are thrilled with the long-term savings.
