Chris We had trouble with our Projection TV and needed to purchase a Sony projection lamp. We searched the internet and found that. Advanced Lamps was the best place to purchase from in terms of price and quality. They surprised us when they shipped our order faster than expected and the product received was of great quality. Their follow up service was excellent also and made this a pleasant buying experience!

Passion Found Advanced Lamps on the internet after my TV went down. I was extremely skeptical simply because I hear about all the internet scams out there, so I placed a call to the 800 number listed on their web page. An energetic, friendly, courteous, and professional customer service agent answered the phone. The agent built my profile, found what type of lamp I needed, and placed the order for me. Advanced lamps help me fix the problem and the whole thing ran smoothly.

Horrible Company Don't buy from this company. They instantly charge your card, then place an eternal backorder on the product. Don't call for an update, because they won't have one.

Donald Being a high school football coach I am a result oriented person it’s all about getting the job done. When big screen home television went down I knew the problem but did not know where to turn for an answer. I turned to the internet to look for the best price for a 915P049010. I came across Advanced Lamps their website was easy to navigate and the order process was even easier. They fix my television problem and I am extremely grateful. Thanks Advanced Lamps!!!!

DON'T buy from Advanced Lamps!!! Absolutely horrible experience with Advanced Lamps!! Advertised the lamp I needed as "in stock". Received e-mail sveral days later stating it was backordered. After >1 week, still couldn't tell me when lamp would become available. Cancelled the order. Bought another one through Amazon. Got within a couple of days. STILL haven't been credited for the cancelled order from Advanced Lamps, a week and a half ago!! Will be contacting BBB soon. Already have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Considering starting a class action lawsuit against them as this is obviously a pattern-taking your money stating an item is in stock-then not reimbursing when complaints arise. Amazed they have ANY positive feedback at all!!
