Overcharging I was overcharged with no warning for my first order. I made the mistake of buying 4 cylinders to start with, and Aarke decided on its own that I should have 1 cylinder in my first order - and charged me $37 for a refill when I was expecting $21. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I recommend that people be careful when ordering cylinders. Second order was as expected: 2 cylinders for $42.

Received empty CO2 bottle We like the machine. It works really well. However, the CO2 bottle we received was empty.

I emailed about by soda maker leaking… The soda maker was great for 11 months. One day a tiny round ring felt from the area where bottle top is screwed. Gas started leaking. I emailed AARKE about my soda maker leaking gas because of a part. I was requested to send serial number and proof of purchase. I emailed requested information. I never heard back from them. Horrible support service. I bought a different brand of soda stream. I keep using their carbonator cylinder. Their exchange program has been for now excellent and very convenient

Fast warranty service I had a warranty issue and it was amazing how quickly a replacement arrived! Excellent service and a lovely product.

Aarke did an outstanding job handling… Aarke did an outstanding job handling the return and replacement of my cylinders. FedEx, as usual, was inexplicably slow, with my package sitting for more than 24 hours at a time en route to Maine.
