GBReturns ignored… disappointing I had purchased fans that were too large, I asked to return them and was told if I purchased two other fans they would send me return labels and refund my original fans once they were received. It has been over three weeks and I have not received my refund and the company will not reply to any of my requests for information. I will now have to dispute this on my credit card…

Took the product out of the box and was impressed with the overall design. Easy to see, it was built to last. Installed the fixture and it looks great. Overall great experience.

GBMisleading discounts offered I tried to order a vanity from The Lighting Marketplace because they had a model I wanted in stock. Upon entering the site I was offered a discount of 15% if I would give them my email address. After filling in my email info I was directed to the site and there was no discount applied. I spoke with someone in the chat box and after going back and forth they agreed to a lesser cost. The problem is they, unlike most other websites selling vanities charge for shipping. In this case $199! I left the item in the cart and wanted more time to think it over. A day later I received an email with an offer to take an additional 15% off the item left in my cart. When I went back to place the order with this new incentive, they would not honor it. Again, back and forth in the chatbox with excuses that were untrue and misleading. After spending too much time "chatting" I decided to let it go since I felt I was not dealing with honorable people. Apparently, the robot that sent me the discount for the item left in the cart was misinformed and the company was not willing to honor their mistake.
