GBAmazing Customer Service We loved the look and functionality of the lights, but they stopped working after about three months. I contacted customer support and had a replacement within a week. Communication was prompt and they offered a few suggestions on how to possibly fix the problem. When the new lights arrived, I plugged the new control box into the old lights and they functioned properly. I believe the extreme cold weather we had broke the control boxes. Very happy with how Ollny handled the problem

GBGardens lights Bought a set of garden lights that malfunctioned shortly after installing them which was frustrating. Contacted the supplier and they said no need to painstakingly take the lights down and return them, they would send a replacement set out immediately. The arrived quick, swapped them over and they worked perfectly. Nice and bright too!

GBi had an issue with the timer on my… i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!
