GBAmazing Customer Service We loved the look and functionality of the lights, but they stopped working after about three months. I contacted customer support and had a replacement within a week. Communication was prompt and they offered a few suggestions on how to possibly fix the problem. When the new lights arrived, I plugged the new control box into the old lights and they functioned properly. I believe the extreme cold weather we had broke the control boxes. Very happy with how Ollny handled the problem

GBi had an issue with the timer on my… i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!

GBgood customer service My lights quit working after one season, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the responded to my email. They offered a refund since they were sold out. But I asked if they could just replace them for me when they came back in stock. And they remembered and mailed a new set as soon as they were available. Thank you!

GBRubbish Pretty similar experience to others. Lights lasted less than 4 months. Have sent 2 emails without even receiving a reply. Amazon asked for feedback on response from seller !! I suggest you buy from somewhere else.
