The Great Shopping Experience with Sage & Sill! The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...🖤

Missing Parts Issue Immediately Resolved When the lamp we ordered was missing a critical mounting bracket and I was in the middle of a family emergency and couldn't reach out consistently or quickly, when I finally did, Sage & Sill responded immediately and resolved the issue. I am beyond impressed by their customer service!

Avoid this company! Made my first purchase. When we removed item it was broken. I immediately emailed them, there is no number to call. Their response was they need to contact a supplier and they want pictures of item snd the packaging. We had thrown out packaging as at first we did not realize item was damaged. I should have read reviews before ordering from this company! I figure I lost my money and won’t get a replacement without lots of headaches if ever. I will be contacting PayPal and posting on all social media’s.
