Total scam Total scam. I twice purchased loose diamond solitaires and they immediately billed me for the full amount with a promise to ship in two days. Waited several days and contacted seller when items didn’t ship. Both times advised they’d conveniently “lost” these items in their inventory.

Though I've been happy with my… Though I've been happy with my purchases, they don't give very good descriptions of many items and their photos are often horrible. I also pay a premium on shipping for the slowest shipping possible! For those reasons, I don't think I will buy from this auction house again.
