I neber received my Omega Psi Phi… I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did. I paid for tumbler and never got money back. I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.

They do not keep you updated regarding a shipment's arrival. My item took over one month to arrive and I did not receive any updates, explanations or apologies.
