First I am upset I even had to click… First I am upset I even had to click one star in order to write a review. This should be a zero. I ordered online and did not look up reviews or I'd have realized this is a scam. Upon receiving my package I read that this can't be used in the presence of animals. I have curious cats. I decided to get an RA. The phone is disconnected and there is no website for communication. I am out $208. This is outrageous and I have learned a big lesson. Never buy online without looking up the validity of a company or device.

Now it doesn't work consistently." She or her family left the product out in the rain & she leaves a bad review & blames the product for not working consistently after her failure to bring it inside? Delivery to Canada is slow but Product Great The delivery to Canada is slow - expect a good week and half. Other than that I tried it first in our washroom for only 15 minutes. After the 45 min wait as noted, I removed it and permitted the room to air out. There was mold spots gone from the wall and the shower curtain (cloth) had no washroom smell left and was even whiter in appearance showing unknow mold was destroyed.
