CAThis company This company? Has zero cancellation policy ! I cancelled after 1 day when I originally ordered it, There was No attempt to rectify the issue on their part ... And did not help at all in that process, Instead of acknowledging my cancellation they told me to track down the package!!!!!! Extremely poor or non existent customer service,,,,, Be warned If you think you can cancel ,,,,, You Can't!!! I am going to the bank today to see what can be done,,,,, Extremely Poor DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!

GBFirst I am upset I even had to click… First I am upset I even had to click one star in order to write a review. This should be a zero. I ordered online and did not look up reviews or I'd have realized this is a scam. Upon receiving my package I read that this can't be used in the presence of animals. I have curious cats. I decided to get an RA. The phone is disconnected and there is no website for communication. I am out $208. This is outrageous and I have learned a big lesson. Never buy online without looking up the validity of a company or device.

GBNo Product, Unresponsive Customer Service Completely nonresponsive after more than a week of delivery listing as 'waiting to be shipped' on the tracking number after getting emailed that it was already on the way. No sign of product, no response to emails or web forms, disappointing void of customer service.
