Unimpressive product/ bad customer service The product is unimpressive, the order will come very very late, the customer service is tragicically bad. I ordered 3 weeks prior to xmas and the product arrived 12.29. I reached out multiple times... it took 3 weeks to get a response. I had no choice but to return. I never ever return - this is a first and it's because the company is BAD and the product is average and overpriced for the quality.

Be forewarned I ordered Christmas gift and have still not received it. There is no way contact them except through email. After 2 weeks I finally received an answer in the way of a form letter response. Still no product has shipped. Also, beware of positive reviews on their Factbook page. They have deleted most negative comments, including mine. I would advise being very cautious buying from this company.

Love this bowl Love this bowl! Looks beautiful and I am able to use it for all my salads! I receive compliments from friends and relatives every time I have a dinner at my house.

Received my item damaged Received my item damaged. Sent photos 11/18 2023 same day I received. All I keep getting back is automated emails. Stating they are a small company and I’ll hear something soon. Guess what? Still waiting. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service.
