Be forewarned I ordered Christmas gift and have still not received it. There is no way contact them except through email. After 2 weeks I finally received an answer in the way of a form letter response. Still no product has shipped. Also, beware of positive reviews on their Factbook page. They have deleted most negative comments, including mine. I would advise being very cautious buying from this company.

Terrible company Stay away from this company horrible service. I mailed my item back to them for exchange exactly as instructed and they have ghosted me in terms of a store credit or refund. I don’t have the time to include my documentation. At this point they have stolen my money.

Due to its popularity it was back… Due to its popularity it was back ordered; however, they kept me updated on its delivery progress and when it finally shipped out. The bowl and serving utensils are beautiful. Truly a statement serving piece.

Received my item damaged Received my item damaged. Sent photos 11/18 2023 same day I received. All I keep getting back is automated emails. Stating they are a small company and I’ll hear something soon. Guess what? Still waiting. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service.
