Very dissapointed, AVOID this company at all costs We purchased a Wales hanging slate from this company for a neighbour who was moving to England. When it arrived, it was broken having been sent in a flimsy box with no packing, keeping in mind it's slate. On the 23/10/2023, I emailed to ask for a replacement and the response was, "Apologies. I will send another out asap. Sent from my iPhone" Having not received the replacement and after several other emails to this so called business, all of which were ignored, I did start a dispute with the credit card company but as they wanted too much information, I gave up. This was never about the money but the fact we paid for an item in good faith, it arrived broken (Photos to prove this), never got any response other than what is shown above, so my advice is to AVOID this company or business or whatever it is at all costs. Perhaps I should have read the other reviews before making a purchase. Absolutely shocking way to deal with customers.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a cheese cutter which never arrived. After two email reminders, they sent another. This one is defective as the adjusting screw thread is stripped. Four emails later, three of which there was no reply, I cannot be bothered to chase for the measly sum the cutter cost. Absolutely appalling customer service. I generously gave one star because you can't give any less.

Another unfulfilled order,with ZERO customer service Ordered a slate plaque as a gift beginning of August. Nothing received and no contact from them either. I have emailed 3 times and found also a land line number but still no response ??? I am yet another customer who has been scammed. How can we stop these rip off people being allowed to get away with this. Disgusting.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM! My elderly mother placed and paid for an order on 4th August 23 for a blank slate hanging sign and it never arrived. She was advised delivery takes 10 days but it is now 15th September and nothing. My mother has sent multiple emails following up and has been ignored every time. She has also called the phone number advertised but has never received an answer. She did not receive a confirmation email or number from the order and the payment was sent through PayPal which we cannot trace back. It's disgusting this company is masquerading as a legitimate business when they are clearly scamming people and stealing their money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordering easy and simple Ordering easy and simple. Great range of products, even bought ahead for a summer wedding. Products personalised abs produced swiftly and delivered in the time. Well packaged and arrived in one piece. Look forward to giving all 4 items as seperate gifts!!!
