Designtek Tool & Plastics great company, the only reason they did not get 5 stars was my order said everything was in stock, but they weren't. But the next day they had the parts and overnight ed them to us. I would recommend hydraulics direct to anyone. Also GREAT prices!

One miss shipment. I had a small problem with a miss shipped item (probably an inventory switch). Andrew stayed in touch an resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Great service. I only wish you could send a couple of small pieces in a bubble wrap shipper via usps to cut down on shipping prices.

They quote to us They quote to us. We ordered 200 ea. as quoted. They shipped 6 ea. and back ordered the balance for months, Our customer was very unhappy. We had to find another source to supply to us so we could deliver to our customer as we had quoted / promised. Was not a good expierence!

You had the special fittings I needed… You had the special fittings I needed however some quick couplers were back ordered but your website didn’t say as such. The order arrived but missing the quick couplers. I received no information with the order explaining this, no email, no phone call so I assumed it was missing and a mistake and I had to contact your company. I did not have that time. It should noted when ordering if a product is back ordered and definitely noted when receiving a order.

Ordered on 11/2/2022 Ordered on 11/2/2022. Charged on 11/2/2022. Not a word or support as of 11/20/2022 despite multiple emails. EDITED: I have received an email response on 11/21/2022. A refund is now being issued. I am raising the star from 1 to 3.
