AUI wholeheartedly agree with the bad… I wholeheartedly agree with the bad reviews on here as they are almost identical to mine. Received the faucet in a reasonable time but has sadly gone down hill from there. The sensor has failed miserably but am not inclined to take it out as we didn't pay big bucks for just a tap. I've emailed constantly for the last 3 months and I either get a computer response that my enquiry has been updated or nothing. I did get 1 email that suggested that they were sending a replacement but of course nothing. I also requested my money back and all I hear is crickets. I'm completely over it! Don't buy from this company, pay a bit extra and buy locally!!

GBI had a great experience with Build… I had a great experience with Build Modern. I ordered my Signature Smart Faucet and received it in 4 days! Installation was super easy which I did myself and the touch feature is very responsive.

GBAwful Same experience as many others! Ordered a tap months ago and still haven’t received it! Have emailed and used their contact page on their website and heard nothing back! Do not order with this company!

CAAvoid at all costs Avoid at all costs! I promise the low price reflects the terrible quality. Purchased a kitchen faucet in 2020, received in February 2021. I know that COVID and supply chain issues have delayed deliveries so I figured I’d still give the faucet a try. The spray function stopped working within a couple of months. The ring around the bottom of the faucet snapped a few months after that. Contacted customer service to inquire about their “lifetime warrantee” but, of course, no one ever answers.
