SCAM!!! Same experience. I ordered my small heater about 6 weeks ago. Yep. terrible quality. It will NEVER heat up a small room. I immediately contacted the company to return the order. Very weird protocol. I received several emails in short succession telling me that I was top priority (very scam like). Then nothing. I have written again. Nothing. Do. not buy this. It is a scam. SCAM SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

Company calls customer liar Company calls customer liar! This company is a literal nightmare! BEWARE. After endless emails with no order delivered, the company say they delivered to my porch( don’t have one) my property has 24 hour CCTV cameras which stores all footage, no delivery was ever made, yet, my truthfulness has been questioned! Rather than accepting this ( cameras don’t lie) they continually harass me by email & refuse to accept that, no order was delivered. A disgusting way to treat customers .. talk about ‘bad customer service’ .. I’ve left it to my bank now, further harassment will mean me taking legal action.

This is the worst service ever This is the worst service ever, I order mine at the end of march and still have no news of where my package is , all that I have are annoying apologies by the company, now I am asking for refund and guess what i got? I want a refund I have been trying to get a refund on this blast auxiliary air purifier for over two months. I have only gotten a run around. I am not satisfied with this product, I think it is cheap and not effective.
