SCAM SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

How pathetic this company is How pathetic this company is. I bought two portable bidets. It took forever for them to arrive (2 months). One of them broke so I'm trying to contact the company to see if it can be repaired. I filled out the contact form on their website but it wont go through because it says my phone number is invalid. I tried my wife's number and it says hers is invalid. So now I'm stuck with a broken device. How sad they are.

Please please do not purchase this heater This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

Is this a scam or an honest mistake? On 6 January I inadvertently ordered 2 heaters on the website. I realised my error at once, but was unable to communicate with Blaux to cancel the order. I first discovered that the order had been processed when £98.93 was debited from my PayPal account. The payment was in favour of a business called "Quality per 44" with a phone number in the USA. On 19 January I received a 'no reply' email from "Shipbob", telling me that "Your order 91862177 is packed and will be shipped by Evri". I replied: "I am unaware to what item this email relates. Please do NOT arrange shipment by Evri." That request was ignored. On 11 January I discovered that £98.93 had been debited to my PayPal account. I identified the merchant's contact information as "Quality Performance Ltd Corpn". I emailed the same day: "I do not recognise this order. Please instruct Evri NOT to ship this order, and arrange a refund on my PayPal account." There was no acknowledgement or reply. On 12 January a package without any identification was left on my doorstep, in which were 2 unwanted Blaux heaters. Can you please arrange to email me a return label, and a refund to my PayPal account, in default of which I shall be obliged to treat this as a scam, and to notify all concerned. While the response below claims that the order no quoted related to 2020, that is the ONLY order no I have been given relating to this shipment. It arrived without any identifying documentation. My repeated requests for a return label have been ignored. Having raised a dispute with PayPal, the response of Blaux is " We offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied........". I am not; but my request for a refund is ignored. I am pretty sure that there is no honest mistake here!!

It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. I have since received 8 messages promising to send me a return label but never doing so. This lack of action and delay tactic has SCAM written all over it. If the Company spent as much time responding to the initial request as they have delaying, the issue could have been resolved. Worse customer service ever. Order Number 2220022344. Interesting that each time this post is updated, a quick response from Blast Auxiliary is written, supposedly reaching out resolve the issue. But then nothing further results. No action. No resolution. No response. Nothing.
