Returning customer This is the second order of shutters I've made in a month. I was very happy with how quickly my last order arrived and the quality of the shutters. Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. As before, the person on the telephone was very helpful and confirmed my measurements and style choices were correct

The instructions on the website are easy to understand, they even call back after you place the order to confirm everything, definitely recommend 👌

Extremely easy to use site with lots of… Extremely easy to use site with lots of helpful information. A swift call back from the team to ensure we had followed all the information correctly and soon amended our order where we had inadvertently gone wrong. Extremely helpful , thorough and polite member of staff sorted our order out. Hopefully we will order the rest of our shutters after we have received our first one and all us well

Easy to order shutters The website was easy to navigate and informative. The day after ordering Ellie phoned us and checked that everything was okay before confirming the order. She was also extremely pleasant and easy to understand.

Excellent customer service. Faux wood not great though. The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through. I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.
