Customer service was amazing Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! I will be purchasing from them again for this experience alone.

Great functionality at the right price Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged. I have been using their lasers for a couple of years now and each time I love the results and ease to setup straight and level lines for any project. Thank you Huepar

Efficiency of After Sales service As the battery of my new laser was KO, and under warranty, After Sales service has been efficient to deliver a New battery. Despite an issue on first attempt due to a mistake on french delivery side Chronopost, After Sales service launched succesfully a New delivery

Excellent service and products I had a 703CG laser that kept having an intermittent fault but every time I tried to record it happing the fault stopped or wouldn’t happen until another 5 minutes later. I contacted customer service and was assisted by Kylin. I sent over the necessary information and explained the issue. Kylin was extremely helpful and said he would get back to me. A few days passed and I received a email from Kylin saying that a new laser has been posted to me and to keep a look out. I was not expecting a new laser and at the least was expecting to return this laser for a repair. The package arrived on the date Kylin said. I opened the box thinking it would be a laser body but instead they sent a whole new sealed laser, box, battery and everything else. I couldn’t believe it. This effort was far beyond my expectations and I wasn’t expecting this. I couldn’t fault Kylin’s help and Huepar’s support and customer care. This would definitely make me recommend them to fellow tradesmen. I previously had DEWALT laser and there was no such thing as a customer care. Goes to show how a small company can strive. Many thanks Kylin and Huepar! I’m very happy!!!
