GBTiles arrived damaged Order arrived in timely manner, but because contents were packed poorly, the tiles arrived damaged. The only packing protection was styrofoam peanuts, so many of the tiles I ordered are damaged and unusable.This caused a costly delay in my renovation project. I've ordered online from several other vendors without issue. Contacted the seller twice for an RMA number and haven't heard back. Not a happy customer.

GBI ordered the Bahamas Light Blue Blend… I ordered the Bahamas Light Blue Blend for our pool and it is Beautiful - sparkles in the light as if water is already on it! Miguel was wonderful to deal with, was able to communicate with him via cell phone which was extremely convenient. Delivery was fast, a box had some broken pieces in it and he took care of it immediately! Stacey
