GBSample tiles - virtually overnight My sample tiles were received within 36 hours. The samples themselves were priced accurately, however the shipping was 10x their cost. I can't blame them, but with all the free shipping I'd rather have the option for slower shipping at a lower cost. Nonetheless, I really appreciate Tiles and Deco's variety and pricing.

CAResponsive chat, helpful, but incomplete details on product The chat service was great, and the person was helpful regarding my issues with shipping. They offered me the ability to find other shippers to Canada and were willing to send other pictures. Unfortunately, I never saw the additional pictures, and took a chance on the order, but the product wasn't as I imagined based on the one image (could use more) and the information from the chat agent. Also, when shipped, the boxes were enormous, and the person picking up the tile for me barely had room to put them in his car. For 22 pieces of 1ft square tile, this seemed crazy to be in 2ft cube boxes.

GBI'd buy from Tiles and Deco again! Miguel was a pleasure to do business with. He was prompt with his emails and easy to work with when the tile I initially ordered was low on stock. He worked with me to find a tile that I liked even more and sent me samples prior to purchasing so I could see my options. He made the process stress free, and I greatly appreciate that for an online sale!
