Purchased a manual pull down station… Purchased a manual pull down station and the never sent the battery, received it a week later. I then get told by the FD it’s not legal for a day care because it does not have continuous power. I never used it or opened the box so I asked to return it and they charge 20% restock fee. Which is ridiculous. Will never purchase from them again. They could’ve simply helped replace it for the correct one. That’s all I wanted. Go to your local fire fab store and they will help you out. I spent 119.00$ and 80$ to install by a professional. These people cheated 680$ for something that will not work. They want money and not worried about public safety. What a shame to support a business like this.
