GBSome how I ended up with 2 chainsaws… Some how I ended up with 2 chainsaws when I only wanted 1. No paperwork with either. Assembled 1 and the performance was terrible. Tried contacting company with no success. Will dispute with the credit card company. Hopefully that gets your attention.

GBCustomer Service is lacking I have placed two orders with smartsaker and received no confirmation email on those orders. I emailed them and asked for an invoice on both orders with negative results. I honestly don’t remember what I ordered now. It’s been over a month for the first order, and at least 2 weeks for the second order. Some communication would be nice.

GBExcellent service i originally ordered a mini chain saw. then i decided to buy an extension pole which was not compatible with the saw i bought. With my saw you could not use the extension pole at all. Saker refunded me 80% 0f the purchase price and told me to keep the extension pole which I cannot use.

GBWhen I didn't get a confirmation of… When I didn't get a confirmation of shipping I was skeptical but the product came in 2 days so that was great.

GBHave ordered multiple items from Saker… Have ordered multiple items from Saker primarily for camping and have been impressed with all the products including the prices. I am very satisfied with our new camping lights which are perfect for our tents. Some of the lights were a gift for another camper and they were impressed with lights as well on first time use.
