Love this tissue box…..craftsmanship is… Love this tissue box…..craftsmanship is beautiful. Colors are as shown in pictures. Great choices. Quick delivery. My only complaint is it doesn’t fit the Costco box of kleenex….have to cut tissue box down.

No customer service Within an hour of placing the order I realized the color would not work. I sent a note through Esty asking to cancel the order. I received a response that it was outside business hours and I would receive a response the next day. 24 hours later the product was shipped and you have a no return policy. If I had realized the error after the product had shipped, I would understand being bound to the no return policy. For my request to be completely ignored is unacceptable.
