GBThe heater bar arrived as promised but… The heater bar arrived as promised but there is a big scratch on the front. I altered the customer service team of this issue and was promised a response. 2 weeks later there has been no response.

GBBuyer Beware 15+ days and no shipment confirmation, I had to email to find out where my item was! 20 days after the original purchase they just cancel the order and issued the refund. I note, these doors are STILL availble on the website for purchase!!! Not 'Temporarily Unavailable' or 'Currently out of Stock'. Still fuming!! Not a simple email communication or a sorry or a we will honor your sale price. Nope! Just a they are damaged, we will contact you when everything is handled and replaced. Do not have to bother reaching out to me, I will take my business elsewhere and never purchase another Anzzi product again. I would rather NOT have another round with a company who lacks simple communication skills and has all around poor business etiquette!

GBBox was delivered in terrible shape Box was delivered in terrible shape. At least one part was missing which probably is no big deal. Length of time between acknowledgements of delivery date; I had to contact the company to get an update. Try a little harder to maintain communications with your customers.

GBIt takes too long to communicate and… It takes too long to communicate and the return policy is almost none existent for anything is worth less than 200 dollars.

GBService could be better We received the wrong faucet in the mail. Anzzi did replace it for the correct one, but it took a quite a few emails and back and forth to get it done. Kind of a hassle.
