Length of time between acknowledgements of delivery date; I had to contact the company to get an update. Try a little harder to maintain communications with your customers.

GBThe heater bar arrived as promised but… The heater bar arrived as promised but there is a big scratch on the front. I altered the customer service team of this issue and was promised a response. 2 weeks later there has been no response.
