Great alarm support for DIYers! I am located almost 100 miles away from an alarm installation company so I found it too costly to maintain my alarm system. I decided to upgrade my system on my own with help from Alarm Grid (AG). I found their online resources spot on and with some research and help from AG I was able to do it myself. Now I'm much more confident actually knowing how my system works. AG representatives were very patient and nice. And in particular I would like to thank Thomas Ward for going above and beyond in his customer support!

Best of the best, even better than ADT We have had nothing but great experiences with AlarmGrid. Their support staff is friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful! Often, the first response to your request is "DONE!". The monitoring service they use has always been quick to call, understanding, and always focused on asking the right questions. Even during the chaos of a false alarm, they get you from first call to confirmed false alarm in 30 seconds. I have recommended AlarmGrid several times and even today helped a friend activate their new service with AlarmGrid. As usual, the call came on-time, was quick, and the representative on the phone was very helpful and informative.

My agent was Brandon, and he was very thorough and helpful through the entire process. He stuck with me until we got my panel online and working. Very glad to be an alarmgrid customer.
