Terrific sales experience and… Terrific sales experience and installation, but communication is lacking between sales and installers. We scheduled and then the date was changed for the installation via a text. Then the installer said we weren't scheduled, even though it had been set up a couple of weeks in advance. So we ended up with a third installation date. But everything was done super well except for that.

Constance was also expert in guiding us through the insurance process (had to be replaced because of water damage). The floor looks great! It's our second floor with Aggieland Carpet - hopefully we won't need another one, but if we do, we're calling them!

An absolute wonderful experience!!! It was an absolute joy to work with Constance at Carpet One. She was very professional and helped me to pick out all my flooring throughout the house we were remodeling. She even gave me samples of everything so I could coordinate with my paint colors. The is the BEST place for flooring and tile in the Bryan/College Station area!!!!

Impressed with the Customer Service From the moment we walked into Aggieland Carpet One, the entire staff was attentive and helpful (especially Ginny Ford). The carpet installers arrived on schedule and did an excellent job in our two rooms. They worked the entire time, didn't even take a break! Very pleased, will use them again.
