A little delay getting installation due to enough available people. We love our selection and it is perfect for coming inside from the pool, not slippery at all!

The installers were super helpful The installers were super helpful, polite and efficient. Constance was also expert in guiding us through the insurance process (had to be replaced because of water damage). The floor looks great! It's our second floor with Aggieland Carpet - hopefully we won't need another one, but if we do, we're calling them!

The bedroom wood flooring installation … The bedroom wood flooring installation and remodel tile work in the master bath were both a great job. The installers were very polite and cleaned up the job when complete. Constance is my Aggieland contact. She came to check on the job, and made a separate trip at the end, to bring a bottle of stone cleaner/protector and a copy of the "care and maintenance" of the newly installed stone tile. She also answered all of my questions regarding ordering a custom rug I had made at Aggieland. She is always friendly and professional.

Miriam was very professional, answered all the questions honestly, worked with our tight schedule, and was ready to help us in everything. Everything was done exactly as planned. The workers arrived on time, worked properly, quietly and cleaned up immediately after them, sharing and informing me at every stage they did. Every day, Richard came to check the progress of the work, and even Miriam came to check that everything was done to our satisfaction. In conclusion, we are very pleased and satisfied with their service and the work. We will definite work with Aggieland Carpet One company again and recommend others to choose them!

Terrific sales experience and… Terrific sales experience and installation, but communication is lacking between sales and installers. We scheduled and then the date was changed for the installation via a text. Then the installer said we weren't scheduled, even though it had been set up a couple of weeks in advance. So we ended up with a third installation date. But everything was done super well except for that.
