CAGood product, great service. Thank you It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

GBWorks great! My son has a device and I was able to keep track of both my husband and son when they went camping for the first time together. It worked great even off the beaten path! My husband said it made it easy to track their progress as they hiked into the woods and even helped him to reconnoiter the path they took.

GBskeptical dad who is very happy with this product. After doing some research, my wife and I purchased this product as a security and convenience measure for our family. My wife and children traveled across the country without me for Spring Break, and I had worries about safety and communication. Amber GPS (which is what the kids call it) has worked extremely well in providing safety and an additional layer of communication ease. I have been able to track their movements and discuss landmarks along the way of their trip. The kids love it, because they have the freedom to call me at their whim (from the device). The customer service from the order stage to the set up stage has been excellent- on par with Apple and other trailblazers in the customer service arena. The reps speak clear English and are very knowledgeable about their product. They even handled a rush delivery to me so that we would have them on time- very individualized service. GBService and Support not Reliable They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

GBNo Worries EVER with AAGPS I purchased my device through amber alert and i really enjoy it. I have referred it to family, friends and co workers. It is an amazing device to have and you can really use it for anything and multiply uses. Its a great peace of mind! Customer service is very helpful when I have a question! I would recommend this product to anyone with small children, children with disabilities, even elderly people. GREAT PRODUCT!
