GBService and Support not Reliable They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

GBGreat peace of mind This device is fantastic. It allows you to see where your child is when they are not with you. It also indicates where registered offenders are, and gives you a 'preditor alert'. It's great for peace of mind.

So we purchased this device to have to security of knowing where she is during these visits. It notifies us if an excessive speed is used in a vehicle. I have introduced Amber Alert GPS to our case workers at child protection services. They did not know something like this existed. I hope they will recommend it to others in need of this kind of protection.

GBGreat Product and Serive Had had the Amber Alert GPS for 3 months now and have been very impressed. Great online tracking via Amber Alerts website. Also impressed with battery life, have tried other tracking devices and battery life was always an issue. Not with the Amber Alert GPS.
