Very bad customer service. Very bad customer service. Ordered and 6 days later it's still not dispatched. I gave up and ordered elsewhere. But they refuse to cancel and still saying "order will be passed to shipping" Just ignore all the content of my emails. Just keep repeating the same stuff. I complained about the time to ship and lack of comms and to cancel my order. The response: "thanks for your message, its going to be passed to our shipping soon". No apology. No recognition of my request to cancel. And now had about another 2 emails still saying "Passed to shipping soon" even though each time i tell them to cancel Raise a charged back with paypal. Had enough. Don't rely on them delivering in any kind of decent timescale. And don't rely on their support even replying a) in a timely manner or b) even reading your emails. They've had plenty of time to sort this, but they don't care.

The best leather care products I've tried Have tried many leather cleaning and care products. For me, on grained or smooth, premium, perforated leathers , Colourlock is the best. Excellent cleaner. Sealer/protectant works really well (even with indigo blue denim on smoke white merino leather. Any orders placed are dispatched quickly. Excellent products, first class service.

Would highly recommend Would highly recommend. Used on Range Rover leather seats with minimal to moderate wear. Night and day difference. Color was a perfect match. Would recommend purchasing the filler if cracks are a little more substantial than minimal. Will use again!

Ferrari stain I give the model and model year and the stain colour was not even close to the tan colour of my interior the car is all original 1988/328 I went to the FERRARI dealership and the agreed that stain colour doesn’t exist in the interior it was a very dark brown maybe wrong label?
