GBI love these blinds I love these blinds. They fit perfectly, provide a soft light on the inside, and insulate from the outside temperatures. The instructions were not very easy to follow for top-down, bottom-up shades, but we figured it out.

GBBlinds.com "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" policy really works! I recently purchased a cellular shade for my bedroom from blinds.com. When they arrived, I realized I had ordered the wrong thickness. I called the company and they immediately stood by their free replacement policy. Within a week, a replacement shade arrived that was the correct thickness for my window.

GB80% success Customer service has been great! Blinds fit perfectly! Guarantee excellent BUT…..we have a blind that is 118” long and it keeps bowing on the ends. It’s been replaced 2x but the results are the same. We offered to pay the $300 extra charge to get motorized to see if that would work better which was declined. If the original order is changed it’s considered “new” and you pay full price again. Disappointed, lesson learned.

GBBeautiful Blinds... Longer Wands should be Included. Beautiful Blinds... Longer Wands should be Included. The color is a perfect match. Regarding the wand.. it should be a bit longer to comparison of the window size. Our windows are almost 5' in length & the wand is maybe 2' so a slightly longer wand would be an easier reach.
