GBExcellent Customer Service I ordered five motorized cellular shades from Blinds.com. When they arrived they ended up being about 3" too wide. I called blinds.com to ask if there was anything I could do and they told me they would be able to remake 4 of the blinds for free and I would just have to pay for 1 remake. I happily said that seems more than fair since the mistake was ultimately my own fault. I did talk to a person who took my order so I can't say for certain if I gave him the correct measurements or not. Regardless, they did send a confirmation email to me that I had to approve prior to the order being placed so I should have double checked that and corrected it. In any case, after a brief hold the customer service person came back and told me they would actually remake all five for free. And to add to that they said to not worry about sending the old ones back and just asked that I donate them. The remade blinds are up and look great and since we don't have a good place to donate blinds to around our house (they would probably end up with someone who doesn't really need them, but would just take them because they can), I am going to sell the original blinds and then donate the proceeds to a charity. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Blinds.com and will definitely order from them again.

GB6 weeks later ,still missing parts I waited 3 weeks to receive my order. After receiving it, I noticed that the brackets were missing. I called the customer service to ask for a replacement and they said it will be shipped ASAP. It's been 6 weeks since my original order and 3 weeks since they promised to ship the missing parts and I still cannot install the blinds

GBFine product I'd give the product 5 stars (after 1 month). Since you ask about overall experience, there was a disappointingly long time between a "your blinds are being made" email (I only bought four blinds) and shipping, and delivery was later than projected at time of purchase.

GBVery Pleased! My order was well packaged, everything was included as promised, instructions were clear. Videos and other info on the website were helpful as well. All 3 blinds look fantastic and are functioning well. The color choices are great and the actual products match what's online. Will definitely order again and will recommend.
