OUTSTANDING WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they initially refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions. Then much to my surprise, Jessica N. intervened and WOW a replacement blind under their Sure Fit guarantee even though the guarantee time had elapsed. So Blinds.com it is for all my orders moving forward. Thank you Jessica.

Love them! Absolutely love how they look and the quality. Also very easy to install. I've ordered 5 in total and need 2 more. It is frustrating to order however at a certain percent and then get an email that there is now a higher percent offered or a BOGO offer.

I was hesitant to order blinds online… I was hesitant to order blinds o line because it’s hard to see and imagine what the color would look like from the photos online and I’ve never done this before. But I measured and selected these blinds based on price and we are SO happy with them. They were very easy to install with the help of one other person. They add so much to the room and I’m stoked to get rid of the ugly, heavy curtains we’ve had since we’ve lived in this house. I would take away half a star because the attachment piece of the little draw cord extender of the narrower blind pops off super easily for both blinds and it’s a pain in the butt to put back together- I think I’ll probably end up glueing it.

80% success Customer service has been great! Blinds fit perfectly! Guarantee excellent BUT…..we have a blind that is 118” long and it keeps bowing on the ends. It’s been replaced 2x but the results are the same. We offered to pay the $300 extra charge to get motorized to see if that would work better which was declined. If the original order is changed it’s considered “new” and you pay full price again. Disappointed, lesson learned.

Special alert requirement I think there should have been an alert notification that the shade required top mounting. My window was an arch window without any way to mount. It required a Palladian shelf which I had no idea what that was. I was anticipating using the inside sides for bracket placement. This delayed my hanging the shade for over a month.
