A perfect ten! Purchase a range and hood from Home Outlet Direct. Both look fantastic, works perfectly. Hood lights are bright with just enough warmth, so it doesn't look like a dental office.. the fans are not quiet, but they aren't too loud either. Loved the fact that you can stretch the hood to 46 inches high (trust me). Range is gorgeous and works great. Cooking has been a pleasure. Delivery included unpacking in home, a great touch. HOD's customer service was great!

Happy with recent purchase I recently purchased a Zline appliance package through Home Outlet Direct. Their customer service was top notch.
