I like that they offer payment upon shipping and not in advance, since we've never used this company before. But thankful they had the flooring we've been looking for. Some of the reviews have me concerned, so fingers crossed for a smooth finish on our order. And we'll see if the shipping costs are actually free, even if they have to increase them from the original quote at time of purchase. I'll give an update upon item arrival. UPDATE: I called and left a message. Customer service called me back within 30 minutes and answered the questions I had. They also responded on chat. 2.26.24

I had a good experience buying floor… I had a good experience buying floor tile from Arbor. The tile was good quality and looks nice on my floor. The people at Super Arbor were kind and helpful. When I received my tile some of them were broken in transit Super Arbor replaced them with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone buying tile or any other flooring.

Found an exclusive ceiling fan at Arbor and at a great price! I was looking for a particular ceiling fan and it was said to be a Lowes exclusive. I found it at Arbor and at the same great price. It was easy to order and now I am just waiting for it to arrive so my hubby can install it. 😊

Great quality, great price Love the product and so happy I could find the color I needed to finish my flooring even though Home Depot showed it as discontinued. The only thing I didn't like was lack if communication. It did take almost a month to recieve my product, which was fine, but I would have liked more communication on when it was expected to arrive.

Total Scam!!! Total Scam!!!! Purchased a saw from them. Got the typical order confirmation email, saying I would receive a email when sent. I never received shipping email. Estimated arrival date came and went, no saw. I called about the status of my order, but never able to talk to a person. Looked into company, only to discover I had been scammed like everyone else. Don't order from them!!!!
